What we do

Waterproof theming is what we do best at Zephir-Objects! All products are made of fibreglass and are chlorinewater-resistant. If you don’t want your theming to crack, fade or blister, Zephir-Objects is the best partner for your water-related projects.

Zephir-Objects was founded in 2004 and located in Tiel, the Netherlands.

We design, engineer and fabricate theming objects for waterparks and leisure industries. All of our products are custom made for each individual client.

Working in a creative branche, with a devoted team of specialists, gives us joy, and it also produces stunning projects and satisfied customers.

Production proces - step 1

After listening to our Clients, we start by researching options and ideas.

A good hand-drawn theming concept will visualize the story-line. If needed we will produce 3d renderings, to have a good perspective of size and details.

Every project starts on our cutting floor, Worldfamous sculptors will shape the 3d objects out of PU-foam by hand.

Production proces - step 2

If all shapework is ready, the objects move to our polyester crew.

These guys are specialized in laminating objects with glassfibre polyester.

During this proces, our crew will also install all waterfeatures.

If all polyester-work is done, it’s time to give the objects some colours.

Our artists can give the items any kind of finish you like; woodlook, rocks, concrete, marble etc. Even a 3d structure can be applied to imitate stone or old-wood.

Our crew works with 2-component industrial poly-coats, to ensure longlasting colours, and also to provide the extra resistance to chlorinewater.

Production proces - step 4

If all items are ready, we will ship them for installation.

We can also construct a complete paddling pool onsite. In this case, we will only need a concrete floor and watersupply. We produce the poolsides, and laminate the floor and all parts onsite for a seamless connexion.
